out of a 1,500 sf new store space, contract was approximately $90,000, equipped
with new restrooms, freezer area, back room, front service line for customers,
and a seating area. This project was built to the franchise specifications and

Eli Lilly Building 314 (Indianapolis,
IN)
35 million dollar project, existing 300,000 sf 5 story
building, located on their south campus, complete demolition of interior walls,
flooring, ceilings, and mechanical and electrical, this facility allowed Lilly
to produce products in half the time, state of the art laboratories, offices,
and conference rooms, as well as clean rooms, and meeting areas. | |
Emmis Communications Headquarters

50 million dollar project, a 10 story concrete
structure that would house all of Emmis Communications radio and TV station
studios, as well as executive offices, and a connector from Monument Circle to
the Circle Center Mall. | |

common area's, this project was completed in one summer in time for the students

seating area, new food court with 6 separate restaurants, new terrazzo flooring

Indiana Chamber of Commerce

A complete remodel of their 21,000 sf space on
the 8th floor of the PNC tower. This was a challenge due to the fact the tenant
remained in the space during the remodel process. Certain areas were walled off
for construction and the tenant moved into these spaces before moving on to the
next section of construction. All new floor plan layout including bathroom
remodels, all office suites remodels, making a bigger break room and conference
rooms. New reception area with new desk, and we doubled the size of their copy
